The Antics uses a new coverstock, new finishing process, and new core design for Columbia 300. All of these elements create a ball that is cleaner through the front and offers a more angular motion than the Encounters.
This ball provided us with the best path to the pocket on our heavy test pattern. All the testers saw easy length through the front with good recovery down the lane. When it was fresh, our lower rev testers had to keep their angles straighter through the front to avoid sending the Antics past the breakpoint. Once the pattern began to open
