The DV8 Outcast introduces the new Outcast symmetrical core into the entry level price point for DV8. This new core shape offers a similar RG to the core in the Misfit, but with a differential that is just slightly lower. The coverstock is the same Class 1 Reactive that was used on the Misfits and, like those balls, the Outcast is a good fit for medium conditions.
