The Pivot uses a new cover and core from Ebonite. The CB-2 core has a low RG, asymmetrical shape wrapped by the new RCM hybrid reactive coverstock.
This combination was devastating on our heavy oil test pattern. The rough box finish of the Pivot easily took care of the heavy volume of oil, giving all three testers plenty of traction. The Pivot was impressive not only because of the amount of hook it creates, but because it never stopped hooking at the back end.
