Working out

Has it improved your game? Are you following someone's program. If so how many days a week do you work out? I'm getting to the point at 41 that there are so many injuries something has to be done specifically for bowling. A nice routine that can be done in 45 minutes would be perfect. Thanks for all help and idea's.
