BTM subscribers, have you received the latest issue one time

Postby KAJMK » Mon Oct 25, 2004 9:19 am

I'm afraid mine has gotten "lost in the mail".
If you are a subscriber have you received yours? Mine normally arrives around the 20th of the month or a bit before.

Curious.

Thanks for your reply Spain. I was referring to the October issue, that is the one found via the link on the home page "How Free is your Swing ...".

Hope all is well with you and yours!

BTM on time

Postby In Ireland » Mon Oct 25, 2004 12:14 pm

I usually receive my copies sometime after the 25th of the month of issue. This is October 25th and I should be receiving the October issue within the next week. If new ball releases could arrive in Europe with the same punctuality as BTM we in Europe would be very happy.

missing issue

Postby kev3inp » Wed Aug 03, 2005 4:05 am

Looks like ours was lost in the mail, too. (the July issue) Of course since the month wasn't up (on the 28th) when we tried to contact BTM about this we were not favored with the courtesy of a reply. Today is the 3rd, and a slightly stronger worded message was sent. We'll see what happens.

lost BTM

Postby Jim King » Wed Aug 03, 2005 4:20 pm

We did have one message on our answering machine that we couldn't respond to. Someone said they didn't get their magazine, but they didn't give their name, address or anything. Even if this wasn't you, I suggest you call the office during office hours 9-5 cst and tell them your problem. We can't control the post office's delivery efficiency, but can guarantee that they all go out from the 15th to the 25th of the month. If you haven't gotten them by the end of the month, then we'll ship directly from the office.

We had left both messages through the "contact us" portion of this site. My wife finally managed to get through to a live operator and we were promised that the issue would be mailed right away. I know you have no control over the vagaries of the post office, but maybe someone needs to pay attention to attempts to contact you through this website.

Apparently, we didn't get either message from you. We will have it checked out and repaired.

Jim, I got 2 copies of the last issue. The names are slightly different. I bowled in the BTM and checked the box about being a subscriber. It looks like one is my regular sub. and the other is from the BTM.
