Online bowling lessons

There are at least two sites that offer instructions for people who have video taped themselves. I was wondering if anyone on this board has ever given it a try.

The two sites I know of are the Storm bowling site and the Natural bowling site, perhaps there are more. Storms site requires a software purchase and with both sites you will need a video camera.

Let me know what you think of this idea, since I've been thinking of giving it a try. For me all the bowling instruction requires an extensive drive or a plane flight and a massive time commitment. This seemed like a way to get some professional instruction at my convenience with the feed back supplied in a form easily referenced.
