Question: how consistent should your ball speed be from shot to shot, first ball only. within 2/10 of a mph ?? 5/10 mph ? say for a 190-200 avg. bowler. thanks for the replys,

.2 is a good goal, as long as you are able to repeat the shot. If you are scattering the ball then the amount of friction on different parts of the lane will affect the variances in ball speed more.
