Changing your Address
To correct any mistakes on your address or to notify us that you are moving, send your subscription label
(or write your name and address as it appears on the label) along with the new information, or just fill out the form below.
Early notification (A minimum of 5 weeks) will ensure there is no interruption to your subscription. Periodicals Class postal
regulations do NOT allow for forwarding of your magazine, even if you file a change
of address card with your post office.
