The DV8 Hooligan uses the Class 3F Reactive pearl cover that surrounds a new symmetrical core design. The Hooligan core reminds us of the core used previously at this price point in the Reckless series, but this new design adds another section to the shape, adding slightly more RG and less differential.
This ball was best for us on our medium test pattern, with Cranker liking it a bit more than the other two testers. His heavier hand allowed him to snap the six into the ten with a fair amount of consistency. He was between the third and forth arrows, swinging the Hooligan to the seven board at the breakpoint.
