The Droid continues the evolution of the diamond weight block with the new Cyborg Diamond core. This core, combined with the new resin coverstock named Bionic, gives the Droid a big arc from the foul line to the pins.

The core/cover combination provided our test staff with their best line to the pocket on our heavy oil test pattern. A few factors pushed us to that pattern. It is longer and has more volume than our other patterns. Combine that with the high RG of the core, which is needed to keep the 2000 Abralon coverstock from using all its energy as soon as it comes off the bowler’s hand.
