The Fringe is one of two new balls in Storm’s Hot line of bowling balls. The Fringe puts together the proven R2S pearl coverstock and the NOS core.

The skid/snap nature of this combination gave the testers the best reaction on the medium test pattern. Since this ball is stronger at the breakpoint and the back end than the Frantic, we were forced to start with it slightly deeper in the oil pattern. Unlike the Frantic, which for us rolled out of the dry, the Fringe makes a much stronger move to the pocket when it finds friction.
