by Tyrel Rose | August 25, 2020 4:42 pm

Coaches regularly tout the value of practicing with a purpose and having a structure to your training. With that in mind, here’s a simple practice routine to help develop your versatility skills.

Each segment should last about 10 minutes, or for a single game:

  1. Warm up
  2. Bowl with different hand positions, using one ball
  3. Bowl with different balls, using one hand position
  4. Spend time shooting spares, preferably corner pins
  5. Select the best ball and hand position based on previous observation and bowl a game for score
