The Omen is the first in a new product line up in Columbia 300’s upper mid performance line. This ball uses a new symmetrical core instead of the asymmetrical design of the Ransom and Ransom Demand. The Omen’s Capsule core is the first time Columbia has used the black Magnetite for the core and it also uses a new coverstock called Bend It. This cover is a dull finished pearl reactive.

We found this ball to be a perfect match to our heavy oil pattern. The strong midlane and the continuous motion in the back end impressed all three testers. Even as oil carried down through the testing session, the Omen ignored it completely. All three testers were
