What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you don’t believe that Bowling This Month is giving you the best technical information to help you improve your bowling game, then just let us know any time within the first 30 days after your payment and we will give you a refund. Please be aware that non-US customers may be charged additional currency conversion and foreign transaction fees by their bank. We have no control over any such bank fees and thus any refunds will only be for the amount charged by us.
Is your online store safe and secure?
My credit card is about to expire. How do I switch my subscription payment to a new credit card?
You can switch your subscription payment to a new credit card from the My Account page. In the My Subscriptions section, simply click the Change Payment Method button. After clicking, you will be directed to the Change Payment Method page where you will be able to specify a new credit card.
What do you send out in your email newsletter?
Our email newsletter contains information about Bowling This Month, announcements about new content, information about new bowling equipment and reviews, tournament updates, and occasional offers and advertisements from our sponsors. We currently send our email newsletter approximately twice per month.
All email newsletters contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, simply unsubscribe via the link at any time. If for some reason you continue to receive our email newsletter after unsubscribing, please contact us and we will correct the problem immediately.
Why don’t you review bowling balls from INSERT BRAND HERE?
We test and review bowling balls from most of the industry’s major brands. If you are affiliated with a bowling ball manufacturer and you would like to have your bowling balls included in our testing and review program, please contact us.
Is Bowling This Month’s website compatible with tablets and smartphones?
Our website is compatible with most modern tablets and smartphones. It is designed to adapt to any reasonable screen size and it has been been tested on numerous types of tablets and smartphones. Users with very old and very low resolution smartphones might experience a slightly degraded performance due to the limitations of such devices.
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, please visit the Lost Password page. Enter your email address on the form and click the Get New Password button. You will then receive a link that will allow you to reset your password. Click here for more detailed instructions on how to reset your password.
Can I change my account’s username?
There is no way for you to change your own username. If you wish to have your username changed, you will need to contact us and have us do it for you manually.
Can I change my account’s email address?
You can change your account’s email address from the Your Profile page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your My Account page. A summary of purchased subscriptions is shown at the top of the page, as shown below.
To cancel a subscription, simply click the Cancel button (circled in red above). When you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to our website until the end of your current subscription term.
Please note that cancelling your subscription as shown above does not automatically reverse any prior payments. It only prevents future renewals. If you want to request a refund for a past renewal, please contact us and let us know the details and we’ll sort it out.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and my credit card was just charged for the renewal. Can I get a refund?
Yes, please contact us and we’ll take care of it for you. We’d definitely love to keep you as a customer, but if you don’t want your subscription to continue and you simply forgot to cancel or if you just didn’t know it was going to automatically renew, we’ll give you a refund.
