Panagiotis (Panos) Vardakis is a veteran bowling coach, educator, and pro shop professional whose career began in 1996. He moved into coaching in 2008 and became a full-time coach and pro shop operator in 2018. Panos is certified as an EBF instructor for Levels 1 and 2 and holds EBF Level 3, USBC Bronze, and National Coaching School Cat C accreditations. He also has certifications in sports psychology and coach development, supporting his holistic coaching approach. His athletes have earned multiple national and international medals, both individually and while representing national teams in Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, and Slovakia. With a strong background in youth development, his coaching philosophy emphasizes measurable progress, athlete autonomy, and long-term growth. He currently supports a youth club in Slovakia (BYC) and contributes to a new training center in Athens. Panos is available for clinics, pro shop consultations, and federation coaching programs.
