The Blue/Yellow Hook! is the second Hook! of this summer. This one uses the hybrid formulation of the S43 coverstock and is the same as the Black/Pink version. As with the new Hook! pearl, we saw a modest difference in the new hybrid and the older Hook! Pink/Black.
Like with the Hook! pearl, we graphed this one on our dry test pattern. We were able to start a little further left because of the added motion from the hybrid cover. When we took graphs of shots with the Pink/Black right after we were finished with the Blue/Yellow, we saw the new Hook! start a little sooner and provide more overall motion.
The added motion is why this ball received slightly higher ratings
