Versatility is an important skill in today’s game. In addition to developing the skills to play different areas of the lane and to manipulate ball motion, bowlers need to apply these abilities by challenging their versatility in practice sessions. Here are a few “games” to play that will challenge you:
- One Ball, Five Arrows: The name is self-explanatory, asking you to strike with the same ball across five different arrows. Up the challenge by trying to get five strikes in a row.
- One Target, All Balls: The inverse of the first game, use your versatility to strike using every ball you have from the same target line. Time is against you, as the lane breaks down with each shot.
- New Frame, New Line: Change balls or lines every frame and bowl your max score.
