The Ebonite Game Breaker 2 MVP is the third incarnation of the Game Breaker 2. While the original GB2 had a solid resin veneer and the GB2 Gold gave bowlers a polished pearl coverstock, the MVP uses a hybrid version of the GB 10.7 coverstock. Just like its siblings, this one uses Ebonite’s Enhanced V2 low RG symmetrical core. The result is a ball with the same total hook as the solid-covered version, but with a bigger kick when it gets to the friction.

All three of our testers had a hard time missing with this ball on our medium test pattern. The 1000 Abralon sheen finish had plenty of grit to give us traction in the middle of the lane and the hybrid cover allowed the ball to easily
